How should our olive oil be used?

Our olive oil is produced to the highest quality using cold-pressed methods. This method preserves the natural aroma and valuable vitamins of the olive.

It is ideal for:

  • Salads
  • Breakfast
  • Hot and cold dishes

Gentle frying at a low temperature. As extra virgin olive oil is sensitive to high temperatures, we do not recommend it for heavy frying or deep-frying. Valuable ingredients could be lost in the process.
