Our Delicacy Categories at a Glance

Salça – Antep Tomato and Pepper Paste: Authentic Antep Salça, cooked over wood fire and thickened in the traditional way. Not to be confused with industrial tomato paste – our Salça has a deep, complex aroma that enhances every dish. Available as tomato paste (Domates Salçası), mild pepper paste (Tatlı Biber Salçası), and hot pepper paste (Acı Biber Salçası).

Tahin – Sesame Paste from a Stone Mill: Our Kalaycıoğlu Bozkır Tahin is produced in a traditional stone mill from Konya. The result: an intensely nutty, pure tahin without additives – ideal for hummus, tahin-honey breakfast, or as an ingredient in Oriental cuisine.

Honey – Pure Chestnut and Çam Balı: Authentic RHN honey from Turkish forests. Our chestnut honey (920 g) is strong and dark, our year-round honey (400 g) combines pine and summer flower honey. Both are 100% natural, unheated, and without additives.

Cheese – Original Ezine Peyniri from Çanakkale: Ezine Peyniri is one of Turkey's most famous white cheeses – aged for 9 months, creamy, and slightly salty. It comes from the Çanakkale region, where the special microclimate gives the cheese its unmistakable character. Available in 350 g and 600 g.

Dates – Medjool & Mabroom: Our Medjool dates (5 kg) are large, fleshy, and naturally sweet – the queen of dates. Our Mabroom dates come from Medina and impress with their long, firm shape and mild caramel flavor.
