Green Olives with Paprika Filling XL 900 g – Meaty, Spicy & Natural | Glass Jar
Available in stock (100)
The everyday olive – large, meaty, with the right bite.
Almost everyone knows paprika-stuffed olives. What few know is a version that actually tastes good: not a bland, soft olive from the supermarket shelf, but an XL olive with real pulp and a paprika filling that fits. Caliber 141–160 means: between 141 and 160 pieces per kilogram – that's the XL class. Large olives, lots of flesh, a rich aroma.
900 g in a glass jar – for families, for the daily breakfast table, for everyone who doesn't want to ration olives.
What makes XL olives special?
The caliber determines how much olive you get per bite. Caliber 141–160 means: significantly larger than standard supermarket olives (often caliber 200–250 or smaller). More flesh, less skin in proportion, more intense intrinsic flavor. The paprika filling is firm, absorbs the seasoning of the brine during pickling, and releases a mild, slightly sweet and savory aroma when bitten into.
How do these differ from Spanish paprika-stuffed olives?
Spanish pimiento olives are the best-known version – mostly made from Manzanilla olives, mild, slightly acidic. These are of Turkish origin, from the Anatolian tradition, with a slightly stronger intrinsic flavor and meatier texture. Not better or worse – just a different profile that many prefer on first taste.
What are these olives suitable for?
• Turkish breakfast – indispensable on the Kahvaltı table
• Mediterranean breakfast platter – alongside cheese, eggs, tomatoes, and bread
• Mezze – as a savory element on the appetizer platter
• Salads – as a hearty, aromatic addition
• Pure from the jar – the most honest way
• Cooking – in pasta, on pizza, in sauces as a seasoning component

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are your black olives artificially blackened?
Are your black olives artificially blackened?
No, absolutely not. In contrast to many industrial products, we completely refrain from using iron gluconate or other colorants. Our olives ripen naturally on the tree until they reach their dark color. With Eleaminon, you enjoy 100% natural purity without chemical post-treatment.
What does "natural fermentation" mean for your olives?
What does "natural fermentation" mean for your olives?
Industrially processed olives are often artificially debittered with lye in just a few days. Our olives, however, undergo a traditional, months-long ripening process in a simple brine. This slow process preserves the valuable polyphenols, vitamins, and the fruit's authentic, fruity flavor.
Why are your olives less salty than conventional products?
Why are your olives less salty than conventional products?
We focus on the pure taste of nature. Our"Kuru Sele" (dry-cured)olives, in particular, are processed with a minimal salt content to emphasize their intense natural flavor. If you prefer them even milder, you can briefly rinse the olives with cold water before consumption.
What's the best way to store olives after opening?
What's the best way to store olives after opening?
To best preserve their freshness and crispness, olives should be stored in the refrigerator after opening. Make sure that the olives remain submerged in the brine (for pickled varieties). Our dry-cured olives in a glass jar will stay fresh for many weeks in the refrigerator.
Where exactly do your olives come from, and who produces them?
