Our RHN All-Season Honey combines two of the most characteristic honey varieties from Turkish nature: the aromatic pine honey from pristine forests and the mild, floral summer blossom honey from wildflower meadows. The result is not an extreme honey – it is a balanced, harmonious everyday honey that is perfect on bread in the morning, mellows tea, and excels in baking.

What's in All-Season Honey?

Pine honey is a forest honey – darker, more aromatic, with a slight resinous flavor. It is collected by bees that process honeydew from pine trees, not flower nectar. Summer blossom honey, on the other hand, is a typical floral honey – light, sweet, floral. The combination of both creates a balance that is neither too intense nor too bland: a honey that can be used daily without becoming tiresome.

What does "not heated" mean?

Industrial honey is often heated to over 40 °C to make it easier to bottle and keep it liquid for longer. This process destroys valuable enzymes, pollen, and aromatic compounds. Our RHN honey is not heated – it is gently processed, thus preserving all natural ingredients. It may crystallize – this is not a defect, but a sign of quality. Briefly warm it in a water bath at max. 38 °C if you prefer liquid honey.

What is All-Season Honey suitable for?

All-Season Honey or Chestnut Honey – which one is right?

All-Season Honey (this one): mild, balanced, for daily use. Ideal if you're looking for a honey that goes with everything and isn't overpowering. 400 g – the right amount to always have fresh honey.

Chestnut Honey (920 g): strong, dark, tart-spicy with a long finish. For those who like intense and characterful honey – and need less of it.
